DILG Tarlac awards BuB check to Anao for water project

TARLAC – In continuation of the implementation of the Bottom-up Budgeting (BuB) program of the Department of the Interior and Local Government, DILG Tarlac conferred a BuB check to the Municipality of Anao, Tarlac on January 26, 2016, Tuesday.
The check amounting to P 472,220.00 is part of the second tranche of funds provided to the municipality to implement their BuB Water Project for 2015 which is twenty percent (20%) of the project’s total amount of P 2,361,100.00.

TARLAC – DILG Tarlac Provincial Director Belina Herman led the convening of the Provincial Management Coordinating Committee (PMCC) of the DILG family in the province at the Tarlac City Jail, Tarlac City, on January 13, 2016, Wednesday.
The meeting was attended by members of the DILG family such as Mr. Efren Rodriguez of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), PSUPT Emmanuel G Nunag of the Tarlac Provincial Police Office (TPPO), FCINSP Mary Anthonette Buenconsejo of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and SJO3 Isabel M Pantig and JINSP Mark Gerald Bautista of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) to represent their respective agencies.

The DILG Tarlac conducted its monthly Manila Bay clean-up drive for the month of June in coordination with the City Government of Tarlac. Partner agencies such as the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Department of the Public Works and Highways also supported the activity. The activity started early at 6:00 A.M. with a program hosted by the Tarlac City Information Office.

Punong Barangay Cecilia C. Nepomuceno comprehensively delivered her State of the Barangay Address (SOBA) highlighting their accomplishments for the past six months along areas of infrastructure, peace and order, waste management, health and sanitation, education, culture and sports, senior citizen and PWDs, and the proposed projects of her barangay for CY 2015.
