David, Board Member Jude Joseph David, Board Member Joy Gilbert Lamorena, and a distinguished group of guests such as Dir. Carminda Arevalo and Mr. Alvin Alcid from the National Historical Commission, Dir. Armi V. Bactad, CESO V from the Department of the Interior and Local Government - Tarlac, Provincial Director Miguel Guzman from the Tarlac Police Provincial Office, and officials and personnel from the Provincial Government and other esteemed National Government Agencies.
