A more resilient and proactive DILG Pampanga, prepared to confront the considerable tasks ahead as champions of effective local governance, was the core focus of the planning session held on January 30, 2025, at Nuan Farm and Resort, Bacolor Pampanga, with the theme “ENGAGE 2025: Adapting Change, Advancing Success.”
This activity, an integral part of LGRC’s SIKAN program, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of personnel, provided a timely opportunity to reinforce teamwork and foster stronger camaraderie, particularly in light of upcoming organizational changes that will further shape the direction and structure of the team.
Program officers shared their current program status, emphasizing their future goals and how they plan to achieve them through creative and efficient strategies. Additionally, members of the provincial management team, alongside Field Officer LGOO VI Allan Don Malonzo from Bataan, contributed individual assessments and offered valuable suggestions to fine-tune strategies, ensuring that gaps are addressed, and results are continuously improved.
As the session concluded, there was a collective commitment from all personnel to embrace the upcoming changes and collaborate towards adapting and advancing the programs they handle. This renewed sense of unity and purpose will ensure that DILG Pampanga not only meets the challenges ahead but also successfully delivers on its strategic objectives for the future.
