In the second quarter joint meeting of PPOC, PADAC, and PTF-ELCAC held earlier today at the Kingsborough International Convention Center, various concerned officials facilitated the ceremonial signing and confirmation of a resolution declaring the Province of Pampanga in a "State of Stable Internal Peace and Security." This event is a significant achievement in the collaborative efforts of the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) and the Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC).

The ceremonial signing was led by MGEN Andrew Costelo, PBGEN Benjamin Sembrano, and key PPOC members, headed by Governor Dennis G. Pineda. In his message, MGEN Costelo emphasized the importance of ensuring peace, stability, and security to safeguard the well-being of the people of Pampanga.

During the meeting, the PPOC also approved the resolution for revised indicators of the Best POC Award. This award, previously known as Gawad Payapa, serves as an assessment of the functionality and effectiveness of Peace and Order Councils in the province.
