LGSF Utilization Status
The DILG Nueva Ecija, through the leadership of Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, held its Provincial Team Conference (PTC) for the month of April at the DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Office, April 30, 2025.
During the activity, the Provincial and Field Office personnel convened to discuss the status of submission of reports and upcoming assessments under the Monitoring and Evaluation Section (MES), Capability Development Section (CDS), and Finance and Administrative Section (FAS).
LGOO III Mary Joyce A. Jose and ADA IV Patrick Lord L. Fermin discussed updates on assessments and status of submission of reports under CDS, including the deliverables under the Locally-Funded Projects (LFPs). Thereafter, updates on assessments and status of compliance to reportorial requirements under MES were discussed by LGOO V Kristian Rob D. Santiago. Subsequently, LGOO II Maria Desserie P. Bundoc discussed updates and reminders under FAS.
Afterwards, the outstanding efforts of personnel in the Provincial and Field Offices were recognized through the Provincial Awardee on Compliance and Excellence (PACE) program. Said personnel were conferred with a certificate of appreciation for their exemplary performance in facilitating LGU compliance for the month of March 2025.
Concluding the activity was PD's Hour, wherein Atty. Tactac highlighted the importance of collaboration between the Provincial and Field Office personnel in enhancing the performance of local government units while fulfilling the Department's mandates.
