    Aiming to accelerate the implementation of BUB Project Implementation, the Department of the Interior and Local Government- Nueva Ecija conducted an Orientation-Workshop on the BUB Projects Monitoring Team among the pilot areas, municipality of Quezon and Sto. Domingo, held on June 25, 2015 at Marco Polo Resort, Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija.

     The activity was attended by Barangay Action Teams (BAT) of Brgy. Bertese, Quezon and Brgy. Comitang, Sto. Domingo; Ugnayan ng Barangay at Simbahan (UBAS) Technical Working Group, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinators, CSO Representatives  and DILG Officers of the pilot areas; UBAS Focal Persons and other guest.

   DILG Undersecretary Peter Irving C. Corvera and DND Undersecretary Natalio C. Ecarma III led a celebratory cocktail party in the Philippine Air Force Officer’s Club for the success of the conduct of APEC 2015 First Senior Officials’ Meeting and Related Meetings held in Clarkfield and Subic Freeport Zones last January 23 – February 7, 2015. The two were co-chairmen of the Committee on Security, Peace and Order, and Emergency Preparedness of the APEC National Organizing Committee which oversaw and directed all security preparations and concerns before and throughout the duration of the event.

Sec. Mar Roxas stresses the people’s liberty on identifying BuB projects as one of DILG flagship programs   

   SAN JOSE DEL MONTE CITY, BULACAN – Secretary of the Interior and Local Government Mar Roxas led the signing of the ‘One Safe Future’ Memorandum of Agreement between the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the City Government of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on January 23, 2015 Friday, at the San Jose Del Monte Covered Court, in tune with the commemoration of the founding anniversary of the Malolos Republic.
