The Central Luzon Association of Business Permit and Licensing Officers, Inc. (CLAB) successfully opened the 6th Central Luzon Regional Convention on June 2, 2025, at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) Conference Center, Isaac O. Tolentino Avenue, Tagaytay City.

With the theme “Business Without Borders: Simplifying Regulations,” the convention served as a platform for strategic dialogue, knowledge exchange, and network-building—reflecting the commitment of Central Luzon’s Local Government Units (LGUs) to sustainable development, digital transformation, economic revitalization, and harmonized service delivery.

One of the highlights of the first day was the induction and oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected CLAB officials for FY 2025–2028, led by Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda, Regional Director of DILG Central Luzon.

Following the ceremony, representatives from the Department of the Interior and Local Government, Anti-Red Tape Authority, Bureau of Fire Protection, and the National Association of BPLOs presented updates on their respective programs related to the implementation of Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act (EODB-EGDSA) of 2018.
