The Provincial Peace and Order and Anti- Drug Abuse Council (PPOC PADAC) and Task Force ELCAC (PTF-ELCAC) was convened by Chairman Christian M. Noveras on September 18, 2023 at SP Hall, Baler, Aurora. The 3rd Quarter meeting highlighted the peace and order, anti-illegal drug, insurgency public and maritime safety situation of the Province of Aurora.

 As the Province of Aurora was identified as one of the priority provinces for the implementation of the Transformation Program for 2023-2025, the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) Representative, Mr. Zos Salazar, discussed the said program and consequently was adopted by the council through a resolution.

The Transformation Program (TP) for the Province of Aurora is a three-year program that identifies the pressing insurgency-related issues the province is currently facing and contains as well locally and nationally funded programs, projects, activities, and services that are deemed necessary to address such issues.

Other concerns such as request for realignment and supplemental fund were also discussed during the said meeting.
