The Multi Sectoral Advisory Committee (MSAC) convenes on its 2nd quarter meeting on June 26, 2023. As a result of a collaborative idea, the MSAC proposes the implementation of "Nego-skwela sa Barangay" a PARUL Project linked under the Local Governance Resource Center of DILG Pampanga.
The project has two areas of focus which are the business financial management and fabrication laboratories services.
It aims to provide Small-Micro Enterprises in target Barangays to help them sustain and boost their businesses.
Nego-Skwela sa barangay is targeted to be implemented this 2023.
