To strengthen teamwork and camaraderie, the DILG Nueva Ecija led by Provincial Director Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr. conducted its Mid-Year Assessment Planning and Program Evaluation Review cum Team Building Activity on June 22-23, 2023 at La Sunshine Beach, Barangay Dinadiawan, Dipaculao, Aurora.
The activity aimed to present the accomplishments and evaluate the performance of personnel against the targets that were set for the Annual Operations Plans and Budget for CY 2023. It also served as a venue to boost teamwork and promote respect towards one another while keeping the goals unified and intact.
In his message, PD Tactac expressed his appreciation for the collaborative efforts undertaken by every member of the team in achieving the department's objective. He also encouraged everyone to continue their commitment and strive for excellence for the second half of CY 2023.
The awarding of certificates for the Provincial Awardee on Compliance and Excellence for the month of May was one of the highlights of the activity, where PD Tactac gave recognition to those DILG Nueva Ecija Personnel who demonstrated invaluable efforts in promoting the Department's mandates.
