The personnel of DILG Aurora headed by OIC-Provincial Director Ener P. Cambronero convened on March 24, 2023 for the conduct of Provincial Team Conference (PTC) for the month of March.

The team's accomplishments in the implementation of the Department's programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) for the First Quarter of FY 2023 are highlighted during the Team Conference. This is to consistently identify better methods and approaches to implement the PPAs for the next quarter. This also served as the venue to officially welcome the new DILG Aurora family member, ADA IV Gerardo M. Gonzales.

The activity highlighted the discussion of DILG Aurora's Operations Plan and Budget for FY 2023 by LGOO V Maricar Janice C. Perez, and presentation of updates on various PPAs under the Monitoring and Evaluation Section (MES), Capability Development Section (CDS), and Finance and Administrative Section (FAS) facilitated by Section Chiefs and Program Focal Persons.

The MATYAG which stands for the MAHUSAY AT TAPAT: YARDSTICK FOR ACCOUNTABLE GOVERNANCE program was also discussed by the MES Unit. MATYAG shall serve as the Department's accountability program for the barangays. Given that barangays serve as partners of the national government in responding to development challenges at the grassroot level, it is important to ensure that they have the ability to perform their duties and functions by knowing their current capacities as well as the issues and problems being experienced by the barangays, among others.

During PD's hour, OIC - PD Ener P. Cambronero provided clarifications on matters concerning peace and order situation in the Province in line with the upcoming SUMVAC 2023, Barangay Councilor's League, GAD programs and provisions of technical assistance.
