In the celebration of the National Children's Month, the DILG Aurora and its Local Governance Resource Center, in collaboration with the DWBW 92.1 RTV Baler, premiered the third episode of the USAPANG DILG: GABAY SA PAMAMAHALANG LOKAL on November 11, 2022.

 The radio show is conceptualized to promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing in pursuit of sustainable development through excellence in local governance; and also, to support DILG in its role as a primary catalyst for excellence in local governance by reaching a larger audience that includes the geographically isolated barangays in Aurora, to provide them with learnings and knowledge about the Department and its PPAs.

For the third episode, LGOO V Maricar Janice Perez served as the resource person and discussed about the CFLGA program. LGOO II Gerald Philip Esteves served as the program host.
"Gusto ko lang pong iwanan sa ating mga tagapakinig na ang mga bata ay hiyas ng lipunan o gems of our society. Sila ay mahalagang mga indibidwal na nangangailangan ng pangangalaga, walang kondisyong pagmamahal at proteksyon.", Perez said.

USAPANG DILG airs every other Friday and is already simulcast with Radyo Kaedup of Dingalan and Radyo Kawadi of Casiguran.
