Five former members of the New People's Army (NPA) and one former Militia ng Bayan (MB) member who returned to the folds of the law are well on their way to a new life after receiving immediate cash assistance and livelihood assistance under the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) of DILG.
