The Central Luzon Local Governance Resource Center (LGRC) led by the DILG conducted the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing for the renewal and re-organization of the Central Luzon Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Committee (MSAC) on March 18, 2022 at Otel Pampanga, St. Jude, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

 The Central Luzon is a body organized to support Local Government Units in various facets of local administration. It primarily aims to serve as a central hub for both Local Government Units and citizens in matching and availing the services and knowledge products of member agencies.

DILG Assistant Regional Director Jay E. Timbreza appreciated the continuous support and partnership of the members in achieving the goals of the Central Luzon MSAC.

"We believe that by partnering and collaborating, we can provide the capacity gaps of our LGUs and create relevant and responsive interventions to strengthen local governance"

The Central Luzon MSAC was first organized in 2013 and was re-organized in 2019.
