As the Semester is about to end, the DILG Nueva Ecija planning unit headed by Provincial Director Renato G. Bernardino conducted a two-day calibration for the First Semester C.Y. 2021 Strategic Performance Management Review Accomplishment on June 28 and 29, 2021 via Zoom Meetings Application.

 LGOO V Edgardo W. Adriano, Jr., Provincial HRMO and FAS Head, facilitated the meeting. He presented the Office Performance Commitment Review (OPCR) of the Provincial Office for the first semester covering the months of January to June 2021. The Section Heads and Provincial Focal Persons assisted with the actual accomplishments in each programs, projects and activities conducted.

On the afternoon of June 29, 2021, the City and Municipal Local Government Operations Officers together with their Cluster Team Leaders gathered for the calibration for the cluster level. LGOO V Adriano shared the DPCR (Division Performance Commitment and Review of the CTLs which allowed the personnel to discuss the accomplishments in their respective AORs.

LGOO V Adriano reminded everyone of the correct SPMS forms to be used in compliance to the requirements of the SPMS certified procedure per ISO 9001:2015.

The Provincial Planning Unit set an earlier deadline for the submission of the IPCRs and DPCRs of personnel to allot enough time for the review of the same before its transmittal to the Regional Office.
