To discuss recent Department issuances, present status of submission of reports, remind on report deadlines and tackle other essential matters, all DILG Nueva Ecija personnel convened for a Provincial Team Conference (PTC) on April 29, 2021 via Zoom Meetings application.

 LGOO VII Ariel G. Espinosa and LGOO VII Danilo C. Rillera, Cluster Team Leaders, opened up the activity by calling the roll of Field Officers. Subsequently, Program Manager and LGOO VI Alfa Krista C. Reyes led the discussion of recent Department issuances such as Strengthening the Functionality of Persons with Disability Affairs Offices and Persons with Disabilities Focal Person (DILG MC No. 2021-041 dated April 8, 2021) and Adjustment in Plans to Prioritize COVID-19 Response in the 1st Semester 2021 (Unnumbered Memorandum dated April 26, 2021). Thereafter, Section Chief and LGOO V Anna Marie P. Batad presented the reports, updates and announcements for the Capability Development Section. Under the Section, Engr II Patrick Jerome L. Cipriano presented the status of the DILG Locally-Funded Projects.

Going forward, LGOO III Vivorey S. Lapitan presented the reports, updates and announcements for the Monitoring and Evaluation Section. Afterwards, LGOO III Maricar Janice C. Perez shared how to navigate and populate the DILG Vaccine Monitoring System. She also presented the province's status of encoding in the system. On the other hand, LGOO V and Section Chief Edgardo W. Adriano, Jr. presented the report of the Finance and Administrative Section.

The Conference, hosted by LGOO III Philip Nathan B. Moral concluded with an AVP tribute and Service Award for the exemplary service rendered by retirees LGOO VI Erlinda L. Gamboa and LGOO VI Vilma C. Domingo who served the Department for more than three decades.
