In preparation for the upcoming LTIA assessment, the DILG Pampanga conducted on March 18, 2021, a training on the Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards Information System (LTIA-IS) for CY 2022 to acquaint field officers on the functionalities of the LTIA portal. Representatives from the Regional Information and Communication Technology Unit (RICTU) were also invited to provide technical assistance on how to navigate the system.
 Spearheaded by the LTIA Provincial Focal Team, the hands-on training provided a walk-through of the system including its main features, process flow, user level access and system updates. The shift from manual to automated assessment is seen to promote data integrity and accuracy, ensure the use of uniform templates, and fast-track the process of validating information encoded by the LGUs.
The Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards is held annually and aims to strengthen the Katarungang Pambarangay (KP) and institutionalize a system of granting economic benefits and other incentives to Lupons that demonstrate exemplary performance.
