DILG Regional Office 3 spearheaded the Strategic Communications Planning Workshop of the Central Luzon Inter-Agency Committee against Illegal Drugs (CL-ICAD) Advocacy Cluster on March 10-11, 2021 via Zoom.
"Communication is constant, the message must continue to be delivered even after the set end date," said Assistant Regional Director Carlo Lorenzo J. Datu of the Philippine Information Agency Region 3 who served as the resource person and facilitator of the said StratComm planning workshop.
It was attended by representatives from the member agencies namely: AFP, CHED, DDB, DepEd, DICT, DOH, DOLE, DSWD, PAO, PDEA, PMS, PNP, PSA, and TESDA wherein they each presented their respective draft communications plan for comments and/or suggestions by the cluster for further improvement. The communications plan of each agency contains the agency's communication problem, objective, target audience, message, activities, timeframe, budget and responsible person pertaining to their anti-illegal drugs advocacy program.
Said planning workshop was aimed to converge the anti-illegal drug advocacy efforts of various member agencies.
