Xenia Hotel, Pampanga – One of the major deliverables of the Conditional Matching Grant to Provinces (CMGP) is the development of the Provincial Governance Reform Roadmap (PGRR) of the Provincial Local Government Units (PLGU). In relation hereto, a two-day writeshop / workshop was held to check the progress and status of the PGRR outputs and to give additional assistance in formulating and finalizing all necessary plans included in the Provincial Governance Reform Roadmap of the Province of Bulacan.
DILG Bulacan, together with DILG Nueva Ecija, facilitated the conduct of the said writeshop on November 12-13, 2018 at Xenia Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga with the participation of CMGP Focal Team from DILG Central and Regional Office, Ms. Pamela Clavio-Galenzoga, UNDP Governance Specialist and the Local Road Management Teams of the Provincial Government of Bulacan and Nueva Ecija.
The in-depth discussion was facilitated by Ms. Pamela Clavio-Galenzoga, UNDP Governance Specialist where she presented the remaining PGRR plans needed to be accomplished. She also discussed the overview of the narratives necessary on the finalization workshop.
After the lectures, DMO IV Danilo Penafiel, Engr. Jevon Reely Culala and Engr. Kevin de Guia led the critiquing of the targets and strategies of the PGRR of the Provincial Government of Bulacan.
At the end of the activity, the participants were able to finalize the targets and strategies, revise their capacity development plan, monitoring and evaluation plan, communication plan and annual reform action plan of Bulacan's PGRR.
