A coaching session with the Provincial Health Office was spearheaded by the DILG Pampanga coaching team on November 11, 2021 to provide technical assistance to the said office in the preparation of the Province's Devolution Transition Plan (DTP).

To promote and increase the number of protected individuals against COVID-19 in the country, November 29 to December 1 of 2021 were declared as National Vaccination Days (NVD) in the Philippines.

Botolan, Zambales Municipal Mayor Doris E. Maniquiz, together with the local government unit's Public Order and Safety (POPS) cluster — called on the stakeholders' participation in promoting the safety, health and wellness of the Botoleños' by doing their share to ramp up the vaccination turnout of the municipality— during its 4th quarter 2021 joint Municipal Peace and Order Council, Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council, Municipal Task Force- End Local Communist Armed Conflict and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council meeting on December 2, 2021 at the Municipal Hall Grounds.
The DILG Zambales headed by Provincial Director Armi V. Bactad, CESO V, facilitated a 3-day seminar-workshop on the Accreditation of Constructors' Performance Evaluators (CPEs) on December 1-3, 2021 at Forest View Leisure Residences, El Kabayo Road, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, to continually provide technical support in the improvement and achievement of quality and timely delivery of infrastructure projects in the province.
To impart public awareness to strengthened calls for action over the rehabilitation of Manila Bay, the DILG Bataan Team held its clean-up activity on November 24, 2021 at Brgy. Mulawin, Orani.
