Nueva Ecija Provincial Peace and Order Council convened for its 3rd quarter meeting and approved its proposed 2018 Peace and Order and Public Safety (POPS) programs, projects and activities, held last September 7 at Governor's Office, Old Capitol, Cabanatuan City.
The DILG Nueva Ecija Personnel and Staff participated in the conduct of ASEAN Landmark Lighting Activity held in front of the City Hall of Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. The city was among the 50 historical sites chosen by the Department of Foreign Affairs-ASEAN to commemorate the ASEAN's 50th Anniversary.
The DILG - Nueva Ecija Provincial Office, headed by Director Renato G. Bernardino, joined the Provincial Government in the celebration of the 119th Independence Day held in front of the Old Capitol, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 461 dated August 31, 1994, every first week of September is declared as the National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW). In observance of the 23rd NCPW with a theme: "Pamayanang Mapagmasid, Kapayapaan ang Maihahatid", the DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Director, Dir. Renato G. Bernardino, attended the kick-off ceremony which was held in the Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO), Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija on September 4, 2017.

June 12, 2015 – The DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Office, headed by Director Abraham A. Pascua, Ph.D., CESO III, joined the Provincial Government in the Celebration of the 117th Independence Day held in front of the Old Capitol, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
