In order to strengthen Barangay Sto. Cristo, Angeles City's Barangay Based Institutions, a reorientation on GAD Focal Point System, RA 9262 Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children (VAWC) Act of 2004 and Strengthening Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) was conducted on April 26, 2019 at Barangay Sto. Cristo, Multi-Purpose Building.

BATAAN - Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Año represented President Rodrigo Roa Duterte as the guest of honor during the 77th Commemoration of the Araw ng Kagitingan. The celebration with the theme "Sakripisyo ng Beterano ay Gunitain, Gawing Tanglaw ng Kabataan Tungo sa Kaunlaran" was held on April 9, 2019 at Mt. Samat National Shrine, Pilar, Bataan.
In celebration of Earth Day 2019, simultaneous clean-up activities in three barangays in Obando, Bulacan namely: Barangays Pag-asa, Tawiran and Binuangan were conducted, participated in by DILG Bulacan and Regional Office personnel on April 28, 2019.
