DILG Region 3 conducted the Enhancement Training on SubayBAYAN and Orientation on Republic Act 9184: Government Procurement Reform Act on February 19-20, 2019 at the Subic Bay Peninsular Hotel, SBFZ.
The 2-day activity was participated in by Provincial Directors, Cluster Team leaders, Municipal Local Government Operations Officers and other DILG Field Officers.

This was mentioned by PDEA Dir. Gen. Aaron Aquino during his message in the Inauguration and Blessing of the "Balay Silangan Reformation Center" on February 18, 2019 at Brgy.
