A new Evacuation Center located at Barangay San Jose, Bulakan, Bulacan was inaugurated last August 30, 2018 attended by Local functionaries and DILG R3 staff.

August 30, 2018 – the Municipality of Bulakan marks a new chapter in their pursuit for disaster preparedness and resilience. The Assistance to Disadvantaged Municipalities (ADM) funded 18.5 million worth evacuation facility was formally inaugurated by Hon. Patrick Neil Meneses and the members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Bulakan together with the DILG Regional Office represented by Assistant Division Chief Engr. Lee Allen Pineda. The inauguration took part and is one of the highlights of the whole day activity celebration of the Marcelo Del Pilar day.

A stronger involvement of the youth towards Peace and Order and Disaster Resiliency were the main objectives of the first Youth Summit conducted in the province initiated by Gov. Lilia G. Pineda on August 2, 2018.

The DILG - Nueva Ecija Team joined the nationwide simultaneous tree planting activity of the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas entitled "KBP Oplan BroadcasTREEing" on August 18, 2018 at 7th Infantry (KAUGNAY) Division, Fort Ramon Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija.

QUEZON, NUEVA ECIJA- Regional Director Julie J. Daquioag of the Department of the Interior and Local Government – Region III led the inauguration and blessing of the newly constructed potable water supply system project under FY 2017 Assistance to Disadvantaged Municipalities (ADM) program in Brgy. Ilog Baliwag last August 6, 2018. The ceremony was also participated in by DILG–Nueva Ecija Provincial Director Renato G. Bernardino, Mayor Mariano Cristino N. Joson, Brgy. Captain Magnolito I. Simeon. Cluster Team Leader Fortunato M. Abraham III, MLGOO Irene S. Avellaneda (Quezon), MLGOO Loida C. Sennido (Sto. Domingo), LGOO II Ace Lumagas and LGOO II Esther Rose Basingel.
