DILG Undersecretary for Local Government Austere Panadero commended the people behind the crafting of One Central Luzon Contingency Plan for the "Big One" Earthquake that could strike anytime in Metro Manila and its nearby provinces. City of San Fernando, Pampanga – As part of the Internet Protocol (IP) Telephony Expansion project of DILG Central Office, seven (7) Provincial Directors in the region received a mobile IP unit each during the Quality Management System (QMS) Reorientation for Field Offices held on May 15, 2018 at DILG Regional Office Conference Room, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
