Cristo, Angeles City's Barangay Based Institutions, a reorientation on GAD Focal Point System, RA 9262 Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children (VAWC) Act of 2004 and Strengthening Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) was conducted on April 26, 2019 at Barangay Sto. Angeles City. -Barangay Sto Rosario was chosen by DILG City Office as showcase barangay for this first semester's Barangay Assembly. This barangay, is the second among the 33 barangays of the city declared as Drug-cleared Barangays by the Regional Oversight Committee headed by the PDEA, PNP, and DILG on November 2018. On March 16, 2019, Barangay Sto. Rosario conducted Barangay Assembly at Plaza Angel, one of the historical heritage sites in the city.
