The meeting gathered representatives from National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Resource Institutes (LRIs), Business Sectors and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
The committee discussed key accomplishments, ongoing initiatives, and upcoming activities aimed at strengthening partnerships and enhancing the delivery of government services at the community level. To further improve responsiveness, the MSAC announced the inclusion of new member institutions—growing from 14 in previous years to 30 active members this semester.
Among the initiatives highlighted were the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) and Night Classes of Bulacan State University (BulSU); free skills training and scholarships from TESDA; business development support from the Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI); scholarship and livelihood programs under DOST’s SETUP; information officer training from the Philippine Information Agency (PIA); and peace, order, and cybersecurity services from the Philippine National Police (PNP).
As the MSAC reaches the halfway mark of 2025, it continues to reinforce multi-sectoral cooperation to ensure accessible, inclusive, and responsive governance for the people of Bulacan.
