PCAT-VAWC Bulacan Sustains High-Functionality Status during the 2025 LCAT-VAWC Functionality Assessment
June 2, 2025 | The Provincial Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (PCAT-VAWC) of Bulacan has successfully sustained its High-Functionalitystatus following the 2025 LCAT-VAWC Functionality Assessment conducted at the Provincial Government of Bulacan.
The assessment was carried out by the Regional Inter-Agency Monitoring Task Force (RIMTF) led by the DILG, and its members from the DSWD, DOJ, DOH, and PNP. The RIMTF commended the provincial government for presenting comprehensive documentation that clearly demonstrated actual implementation of programs, rather than mere compliance on paper.
This recognition underscores the province’s unwavering commitment to protecting the rights and welfare of women and children through meaningful and sustained efforts.
