On June 10, 2025, the DILG Aurora Provincial Project Monitoring Team (PPMT), in coordination with local functionaries, conducted progress inspections of the Construction of Health Station projects in Barangays of Debucao,Diome and Florida, under the FY 2024 LGSF-SBDP program.
The inspection team from DILG Aurora, composed of Engr. III Rosanna C. Hernandez, and Engr. II Kenny Jean N. Iniwan, along with the Project Implementing Team from the LGU, conducted a thorough validation and assessment of the ongoing project. The health stations in Barangay Debucao and Diome was validated both at 50% physical accomplishment. The DILG PPMT observed that these projects incurred a negative slippage of less than five percent and advised the LGU to issue reminder letters to the contractor.
Meanwhile, the inspectorate team validated the 60% actual status of the Health Station project in Barangay Diome. Findings were noted upon inspection such as improper splicing of reinforcing steel bars in the slab which was rectified prior to the pouring of structural concrete slab within the day. Through an exit conference, they discussed with the LGU inspectorate team and contractor’s representative, all the observations and reminded them to comply with all the agreed recommendations.
