On April 24, 2025, the DILG Aurora Provincial Project Monitoring Team (PPMT) and the LGU Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC) carried out another progress inspection to continually evaluate the project which is still at risk. To closely monitor these projects that are behind schedule, the DILG PPMT is conducting a monthly inspection to guarantee their quality, timely execution, and compliance with national standards and specifications.

The inspection team from the DILG Aurora was headed by LGOO VI Mary Joyce T. Bautista, accompanied by Engr. III Rosanna C. Hernandez and Engr. II Kenny Jean N. Iniwan, along with the LGU functionaries and CSO representatives. The team observed that despite the previous notices issued by the implementing unit, the project still incurred a negative slippage of more than 15%. They reminded the contractor’s representative of their previous commitment to catch-up with their delays, otherwise the LGU will imposed lidquidated damages upon expiry of their contract.
