60 units of desktop computer sets (with complete accessories), 20 units of a 3-in-1 printer, scanner and copier, 60 units of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), and 15 units (Portable Sheetfed Document) scanners were procured by the Provincial Government of Aurora charged against their Incentive Fund received for passing the FY 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance.
The province with its component LGUs intends to transcend and utilize the power of technology for better service. The computerization of their Real Property Tax billing and management system, through the provision of equipment will improve the quality of the systems and processes on property valuation by making the appraisal and assessment seamless, and frequent revisions, efficient, transparent, reliable, and adaptable to market developments.
On September 5, 2024, the DILG Aurora PPMT headed by LGOO VI Mary Joyce T. Bautista conducted a final inspection of the above-mentioned units. Along with the DILG Aurora Provincial Engineer and Information Officers, they ensure that the IT equipment delivered meets the standards and specifications stated in the contract.
