DILG Aurora embarked on a transformative Mid-Year Evaluation cum Team Building retreat in Baguio City from July 17-19, 2024, guided by the theme: “DILG Aurora as Synergy Hub: Empowering Teams, Igniting Success".
The theme conveys the DILG Aurora’s aspiration to be a focal point for convergence of diverse and profound expertise, individuality, and perspectives to catalyze excellence in governance. This long-standing vision extends beyond internal enhancement to empowering local government units and various stakeholders through our collective and synergized efforts.
During the activity all personnel were able to showcase their creativity and ingenuity in devising innovative but practical solutions to problems or challenges in local governance and or public service. The activity fostered meaningful engagement and collaboration, enabling everyone to learn from successful implementations of best practices, reinforce common goals, generate new ideas, and strengthen camaraderie. It has also featured the conferment of awards to our field officers in recognition of their utmost commitment and outstanding efforts, initiatives and innovations in ensuring excellence in local governance.
Looking ahead, the DILG Aurora remains steadfast in its commitment to foster synergy within its rank. As we believe, that this unity, among others, will continually ignite success across all endeavors and ensure that our initiatives will remain impactful and sustainable throughout the year and thereafter.
