The theme of the contest was “Illustration of a Strong, Independent Woman” in which there were 9 participants. Among these 9, the following submission accumulated the highest votes.

On March 11, 2024, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Pampanga participated in the kick-off ceremony initiated by the Provincial Government to celebrate National Women's Month. With the theme "Lipunang Patas sa Bagong Pilipinas: Kakayanan ng Kababaihan, Patutunayan", the day promised to be a showcase of commitment and meaningful initiatives aimed at recognizing and valuing the capabilities of women.

The celebration of Women's Month in Pampanga was more than just a fun run and zumba dance exercise; a line-up of month-long activities was bared encapsulating the unwavering dedication to create a society that is more inclusive for all.
