February 14, 2025 | DILG Nueva Ecija, under the leadership of Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, held its Provincial Team Conference (PTC) for the month of February at the DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Office, Cabanatuan City.
Coinciding with the celebration of Valentine's Day, personnel wore color-coded dress corresponding to their “love life status”. The PTC provided status and updates on the Local Government Units' (LGU) compliance with the Department's programs under the Monitoring and Evaluation Section, Capability Development Section, and Finance and Administrative Section. It also served as a forum for discussing various recent issuances and the timeline of upcoming activities and assessments.
In the PD's Hour, Atty. Tactac encouraged the Field Officers to sustain their efforts in assisting their respective LGU in fulfilling its mandates. Additionally, he reminded the provincial office personnel to continually assist the Field Offices and LGUs especially in the upcoming assessments. Finally, Atty. Tactac wished everyone a joyous Valentine’s Day and reminded everyone that the special occasion is well spent with loved ones.
Concluding the activity was the acknowledgement of personnel under the Provincial Awardees for Compliance and Excellence (PACE) program for the month of January 2025 wherein Provincial and Field Office personnel were recognized for their exemplary performance in facilitating LGU compliance.
