LOOK | Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro were at the forefront of today's 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance Assessment, leading the officials and employees of the Provincial Government as they try to bag the most coveted seal, for the 7th time, this year.
The assessment was conducted by the DILG Regional Assessment Team headed by Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda, CESO III, Regional Director and Ms. Lerrie S. Hernandez, Enp., Chief of Monitoring and Evaluation Division, with the assistance of DILG Bulacan headed by its Provincial Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, CESO V.
