DECEMBER 5, 2023- Ngayong araw, pinangunahan nila Punong Lalawigan Daniel R. Fernando, DILG Bulacan Provincial Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, CESO V at mga kasapi ng Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) at Provincial Task Force- End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC), ang huling pinagsamang pagpupulong para sa taong 2023 na ginanap sa Hiyas ng Bulacan Pavillion, Capitol Compound, Malolos City, Bulacan.


Sa naturang aktibidad, binigyang pagkilala ang mga pamahalaang lokal na nagkamit ng “high functionality” sa Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Audit at pumasa sa iba’t-ibang pagtatasa ng Kagawaran na kinabibilangan ng Peace and Order Council (POC) Audit, Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) Audit, at Local Council Against Trafficking- Violence Against Women and Children (LCAT-VAWC) Audit.
Itinanghal din ang mga nagawa at tagumpay ng mga miyembro ng konseho para sa taong 2023 at ang mga susunod na hakbagin at programa upang mas mapalakas ang kapasidad ng bawat miyembro sa pagpapanatili ng kaligtasan, kapayapaan at kaayusan sa lalawigan.

 

Earlier today, DILG Bulacan conducted an awarding ceremony to recognize outstanding local government units (LGUs) in the implementation of Locally-Funded Projects (LFPs) in the Province of Bulacan, to wit:


Best Implementer of the FY 2022 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF)
1ST Place- Municipality of Plaridel (Concreting/ Construction of Roads and Drainage)
2nd Place- Municipality of Santa Maria (Installation of Solar Streetlights)
3rd Place- City of Baliwag (Construction of Baliwag Skills and Development Livelihood Building)


Best Implementer of FY 2022 LGSF- Financial Assistance to LGUs (FALGU) (Infrastructure)
1st Place- City of Baliwag (Installation of Street Lights at the Baliwag-Pulilan Bypass Road)
2nd Place- Municipality of Bustos (Street Lighting and Barangay Infrastructure)
3rd Place- Municipality of Santa Maria (Street Lighting and/or Barangay Electrification of Remote Areas)
4th Place- Municipality of Hagonoy (Rehabilitation and Improvement of Local Road in Brgy. Sto Niño)

1st Place- Municipality of Paombong (Procurement of Ambulance)
2nd Place- City of Baliwag (Procurement of Ambulance)

DECEMBER 4, 2023- Earlier today, DILG Bulacan conducted a capacity development training for local government units (LGUs) on the Knowledge and Skills on Subaybayan and Rapid Subproject Sustainability Assessment (RSSA) portal at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
The activity also served as an avenue to review the milestones and strategize interventions to further speed up and efficiently implement LFPs in the year 2023. It was attended by representatives from the Provincial Government and all 24 component cities and municipalities of the Province of Bulacan.
The activity forms part of the Department’s commitment to continuously enhance the capacity of LGUs in the monitoring and evaluation of Locally-Funded Projects (LFPs).
