Following the Strategic Planning conducted by the DILG Region 3 management and to align in its direction, the DILG Bulacan conducted Strategic Planning and Direction Setting for CY 2025 on February 12-13, 2025.
This year, the office is set for a stronger, unified and more proactive approach in implementing plans and programs of the Department. Beyond doing what is required, DILG Bulacan steps up the game by focusing on enhancing the capabilities of its personnel, fostering teamwork, strengthening office organizational structure, and collaboration with stakeholders. With the strengthening of ALAGWA Bulacan LGRC, the office aims to reach out a wider audience through various modes and platforms.
The two-day activity , which includes series of workshops and discussions was concluded with a clear guidance from PD Fabia, as she highlighted that with common purpose and shared vision , the DILG Bulacan will be in its upward thrust in providing excellent public service to the LGUs for the next years to come.
