DILG Region 3 awarded cash prizes and plaques to the winners of the photo contest dubbed as “Capturing Good Governance thru the Lens” on October 15, 2014 at Fontana Convention Center, Clarkfield, Mabalacat City. This contest is part of the DILG R-3’s celebration of the 23rd Local Government Code Anniversary which seeks photographs of individuals representing and advocating in action good local governance with this year’s theme ‘Ang LGUng Magaling, May Nararating”.
Grand Prize was awarded to Paolo Beltran with a total score of 91.22%. Second Place was Ivcen Muldong with a total score of 87.33% and Third Place was Reuben Jason Dizon with a total score of 87.19%.
The grand prize winner received P20,000, second prize winner got P10,000 and third prize winner was given P5,000. Likewise, consolation prizes amounting to P2,000 each were awarded to Jose Mari Garcia, Irma Cortez, Rosalinda Mariano, Joey Jade Mauricio and Diogenes Simbol.
