572 Barangays of Bulacan Gear Up for the 2025 Lupon Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA)
February 18, 2025 | In preparation for the 2025 Lupong Tagapamayapa Awards, the DILG Bulacan spearheaded the Provincial Orientation for City/Municipal Local Government Operations Officers, City/Municipal Awards Committees, Punong Barangays, and Lupon Members.
The activity aimed to ensure a common understanding of all assessment indicators and documentary requirements among participants. Also, the LTIA System was thoroughly discussed, providing participants ample time to explore its features and address any concerns or challenges encountered.
These efforts seek to increase the number of barangays in Bulacan to be recognized as top-performing in the LTIA, encouraging them to improve their performance in handling cases in Katarungan Pambarangay. The LTIA, established under Section 406 of the Local Government Code of 1991, provides economic and other incentives to Lupons for their exceptional performance in achieving the objectives of KP Law.
