Coincided with the first Monday Flag Ceremony of this year, Gov. Fernando led the blessing and turn over of the new disaster response vehicles including 4 and 10 seater amphibious vehicles, penetrator fire truck, two (2) 140-hp speed boats and one (1) 200-hp speed boat. The said vehicles will be used to provide quick emergency response and rapid assistance of the province in times of calamities brought by typhoons and other possible natural disasters.
