As the year comes to a close, DILG Bulacan conducted the most stylish and exciting year-end activity with the theme, “Denim Dreams and ALAB Achievement: Celebrating Success in Iconic Style” on December 18, 2024.
The celebration highlighted the exceptional contributions of the DILG Bulacan Personnel for this year’s achievements through the conduct of ALAB Awards, one of the facilities of ALAGWA, the official Sub-LGRRC Bulacan. ALAB Awarding aims to give recognition for personnel who have gone beyond their duties and responsibilities as public servants in providing excellent public service.
Special certificates of appreciation were also given to the Cluster Heads and Program Manager for their invaluable efforts and hard work especially in guiding the LGUs in terms of the implementation of DILG Programs. Among the awards bestowed for this year are Gawad Sulo, Tanglaw ng Paglilingkod, Natatanging Kaagapay, Liyab ng Pagtalima and Kislap ng Pagbabago:

Special awards were also given to field officers for their effective assistance in improving LGU performance audits and to Batch 57 Sanghaya for being the new full-fledged LGOOs of the DILG.
The “Denim Dreams” was the activity’s theme and creative twist, anchored to the idea that denim do not just define fashion but it also symbolizes resilience, strength, and unity — qualities that resonate DILG Bulacan.
