In line with the Department’s mandate to undertake activities regarding environmental protection, the DILG Bulacan participated in the Month of the Ocean on May 26, 2023 in Brgy. Sta Cruz, Paombong, Bulacan.
The Philippines celebrates the Month of the Ocean every month of May by virtue of the Presidential Proclamation No. 57 series of 1999 mandating lead Government Agencies to conduct activities that will highlight the conservation, protection and sustainable management of Philippine coastal and ocean resources.
