Malolos City, Bulacan – Earlier today, Provincial Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, CESO V, spearheaded the conduct of her first Provincial Team Conference (PTC) in the Province of Bulacan. She laid down her guidance on the overall direction of the office and inspired the DILG Bulacan Team to further improve the performance of the Provincial Office.
PD Fabia introduced her brand of leadership, stating, “I have two missions in DILG Bulacan. First, is to carry out the Department’s programs, projects and activities. Second, is to build more leaders and empower our people here in Bulacan. I, together with our Cluster Team Leaders, will serve as your support systems. Together, we can do better and achieve more.”
PD Fabia also conducted a consultation with all City/Municipal Local Government Operations Officers (C/MLGOOs) with regard to the implementation of the Department’s programs, projects and activities, and provided interventions on how to address the identified challenges and gaps.
During the activity, the status of reports and upcoming activities under the Monitoring and Evaluation Section (MES), Capability Development Section (CDS), Finance and Administrative Section (FAS), and Locally Funded Projects (LFPs) were discussed. In addition, the results of the 2022 Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) Functionality Audit were also presented.
The activity was attended by the Cluster Team Leader, Program Manager, City/Municipal Local Government Operations Officers, Section Chiefs, and provincial administrative and technical staff of DILG Bulacan.
