Governor Daniel R. Fernando led the inauguration of the “Construction of Drainage System at Panasahan, City of Malolos,” funded under the FY 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF) with a budget allocation of Php 4,000,000.00.
Joining the ceremony were Vice Governor Alex C. Castro, DILG Provincial Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, CESO V, Provincial Adminstrator Ms. Antonia V. Constantino, Hon. Romina Fermin and Hon. Allan P. Andan, 1st District Board Members, Vice Mayor Miguel Alberto Bautista, ABC President Belty Bartolome, City Councilors, Barangay Officials of Panasahan, and community beneficiaries.
The funding for this project is a result of the Provincial Government of Bulacan's outstanding performance, having passed the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) for the eighth consecutive time. This remarkable achievement underscores the province’s consistent commitment to good governance, transparency, and accountability, making it eligible for funding under the SGLGIF program.
