Earlier today, DILG Bulacan facilitated the 4th Quarter Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Council (MSAC) Meeting. Among the agenda discussed were the draft three (3) MSAC resolutions, enhancement of E-LGRC, RMC No. 2024-08 regarding the Organization of Local Committee of Good Local Governance (CGLG) in the Provincial Level thru MSAC, and the conduct of LINGAP-HANDOG on December of this year.
