The Regional Inspectorate Team, together with the DILG Bataan Locally-Funded Projects (LFP) Unit, conducted an on-site inspection today, November 12, 2024, to monitor and validate multiple road infrastructure projects in Orion. The inspection focused on newly constructed farm-to-market roads (FMRs) projects:
• Construction of FMR in Barangay Bantan
• Construction of FMR in Barangay Bilolo
• Construction of FMR at Purok 6, Viktor Morales, Barangay Bilolo
• Concreting of FMR in Barangay Daan Pare
• Concreting of FMR in Barangay Capunitan
Municipal Engineer Adrian Agustin and LGOO VI Danilyn Peña, OIC-MLGOO joined the inspection team, ensuring that the projects met national government standards and specifications.
These road projects, funded under the FY 2023 Local Government Support Fund – Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP), aim to significantly benefit the community by improving access and connectivity. The roads are designed to facilitate the efficient transport of agricultural goods, reduce travel time, and enhance economic activities, ultimately boosting local livelihoods and supporting the growth of rural communities.
