The very first completed vertical project in the province realized through the FY 2022 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF) was inaugurated yesterday at Bacolor High School in Cabalantian, Bacolor.

 

The Cities of San Fernando and Mabalacat were assessed by the DILG Pampanga on their compliance on the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) law on October 5 and 6, 2023.

This assessment aims to measure their overall performance in complying the said law as well on the policies and capacity development provided to them. Likewise, this ensures business friendly LGUs wherein government processes are made easy to the clients as mandated by the EODB.

Arayat, Pampanga – On September 21, 2023, a new Waterways (Drainage Canal) project has been inaugurated in Barangay San Jose Mesulo, Arayat, Pampanga.

 

An on-site and table validation of the F.Y. 2023 Barangay Environmental Compliance Audit (BECA) wasa conducted September 12, 13 and 14, 2023 respectively.

For this year's audit, 52% of the barangays passed the assessment compared to only 32% last year. From among the entries in the City Category, Barangay Malpitic of the City of San Fernando emerged as the Top Performing Barangay. Meantime, Barangay Benedicto of Floridablanca edged out the competition in the Municipal Category.

 

The DILG Pampanga Provincial Office in collaboration with the Municipality of Minalin, conduct its third clean-up drive along the Sunset Park of Minalin, Pampanga participated by DILG Pampanga Provincial Personnel, Municipal Employees, Barangay Sta. Rita Officials, PNP, BFP and BJMP.
