Advocate and adopt Knowledge Management (KM) to Communities of  Public Servants to improve their  capacities  towards  the  attainment of  people’s growth and  progress

WHAT IS LGRC?

  • It is a program that enhances DILG’s role for the mobilization and coordination of the application of resources for local governance capacity development
  • Fosters community relationship and culture among the local governance stakeholders toward excellence in local governance
  • Promotes culture of learning, inter-local cooperation, partnership, knowledge sharing, and networking
  • It is a Knowledge Management (KM)-based network recognizes non-monopoly of knowledge by any one of local governance stakeholder
  • A knowledge sharing network that is collectively organized as virtual centers
  • Phased-up components and activities towards building-up and full development of knowledge management within DILG’s local governance sector capacity development process
