As part of the Department’s mandate to support and promote environment-friendly activities in compliance with the Manila Bay Clean-Up, Rehabilitation and Preservation Program (MBCRPP), the DILG Pampanga spearheaded a clean-up activity on November 29, 2022 in Brgy. San Vicente, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga.

The clean-up drive served as a venue to promote the relevance of taking part in the government’s initiatives on protecting the environment through conducting activities necessary for environment preservation and pollution control. The activity was participated in by the TUPAD beneficiaries and volunteers from Brgy. San Vicente, Sto. Tomas, representatives from the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), and the DILG Provincial and Municipal Offices.

Through this activity, the DILG Pampanga promoted the relevance of taking part in the government’s initiatives on protecting the environment as we envision to safeguard and conserve our land, mineral, marine, forest and other resources to be enjoyed by the future generation.
