The DILG Pampanga, in partnership with PSA Pampanga, successfully conducted the activity entitled, “Module 3: Utilizing Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Data in the Comprehensive Development Plan” on November 17–18, 2025 at Green Manor Hotel, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The two-day activity gathered the planning teams of all 21 LGUs in the province, providing them with a deeper understanding of how CBMS-generated data can be maximized for evidence-based planning and decision-making. The activity highlights the crucial role of CBMS as a localized, updated, and digitalized source of socio-economic information that enables LGUs to accurately identify development gaps, assess service delivery performance, and prioritize interventions based on actual community conditions.
The sessions also emphasized how CBMS data can be systematically integrated into the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP), particularly in the formulation of the LGU’s Ecological Profile. Through this initiative, LGUs were equipped with enhanced skills in utilizing CBMS as a vital planning and governance tool. By strengthening the integration of digitalized community data into local planning processes, DILG Pampanga aims to promote more inclusive, data-driven, and responsive local development across the province.
